"Cube steaks are typically a tough cut of meat, but this recipe will make them fork-tender. Great with mashed potatoes and gravy."

Cheese Coneys

Monday May 12, 2008
Camping Recipe of the Week
Great campground food. Who can resist a chili cheese dog?
  • Cheese Coneys - submitted by David:
At home, chop an onion and shred some cheddar cheese. Put both in Ziploc bags and refrigerate until needed at the campground. At the campground, grill as many hotdogs as needed and heat up some chili. Canned is good, but homemade is even better. When the dogs are done, put one on a bun with a little mustard, some chili, chopped onion and a handful of cheese. Oh, and don't forget a napkin.
